RealDealEaster was created by Robert Selle. He grew up in the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, the most conservative of the Lutheran churches, where he was an altar boy for several years. 

He matriculated at Cornell University, studying Biochemistry, and promptly embraced mechanistic materialism and atheism. 

However, after a profound spiritual experience in his junior year, he began to comb through the major philosophies and faiths of the world, seeking a Higher Truth. He settled upon the Advaita Vedanta Hinduism advocated by Swami Vivekananda as the ultimate way to Enlightenment. 

But then he met Christ. At first, he saw Him as just a Higher Guru. But, guided by the Holy Spirit, he came to know Jesus personally and love Him intimately as his Savior. 

It’s on the basis of this personal relationship that this website is offered to illuminate the true meaning of Easter from God’s perspective, which is a perspective different from that which we've all come to accept. The aim here is to enrich individual believers’ faith and personal relationship with the real Jesus and to give people hope that all humankind will eventually reenter the Lord’s originally intended Garden of Eden on Earth, in accordance with Jesus’ prayer “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”
